God of War Ragnarök is one of the biggest video game launch for PlayStation in 2022. PlayStation and ABCommunication briefed me to imagine creative concepts that would generate visibility at the release date in the BeNeLux. 

As runes are a very common element seen in the Nordic mythology and the God of War franchise, I thought it could be a fun angle to engage with the fans. 5 rune stones have been created and placed at different locations in Belgium and the Netherlands. The QR code on the stone leads you to a PlayStation page giving you indications on how to translate the runes. Are you able to read the crypted message? Then you might get a chance to win a collector edition of God of War Ragnarök! 

On a personal level, I’m really proud of this activation as it’s not easy to establish creative credibility when previous work experiences are more business or account management-like. I’m glad that ABCommunication trusted me to provide them concepts before doing everything to make it happen in real life.
